About Gina
I’m Gina Devine — a women’s health coach, personal trainer, nutrition coach, speaker, author, wife, mom, bodybuilder, and black belt who believes one thing with my whole heart:
Strong women age differently.
My work is rooted in helping women understand their bodies, build muscle, support their hormones, fuel their metabolism, and stop chasing extreme diets that leave them exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from themselves.
After years in the fitness industry, and through my own journey as a woman in midlife, I’ve learned that real transformation is not just about losing weight. It’s about building strength from the inside out. It’s about learning how your body actually works. It’s about creating a lifestyle that supports your energy, confidence, faith, health, and purpose.
Through Gina Devine Coaching, I help women train smarter, eat with intention, and step into the strongest version of themselves — physically, mentally, and emotionally. My approach combines strength training, nutrition, female physiology, hormone education, accountability, and real-life coaching that meets women where they are.
I am especially passionate about helping women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond navigate perimenopause, menopause, metabolism changes, body composition shifts, and the emotional side of feeling like their body no longer responds the way it used to.
Because the truth is, your body is not broken.
It needs to be understood.
It needs to be fueled.
It needs to be strengthened.
It needs to be supported.
Whether I’m coaching clients one-on-one, educating women through SheThrives, training in person, writing, speaking, or sharing my own journey, my mission is the same: to help women stop shrinking, start strengthening, and live fully in the body God gave them.
This is not about becoming someone else.
